The above link will direct you to the DESC (Defense Energy Support Center Website).  On pages 8 and 9, there is an article titled "Small business benefits from empowerig conferences", by Nicholas Ignacio, DESC Direct Delivery Fuels.  Michael Nicholas and NIMS Services, Inc. were featured in this article.  On page 41, NIMS Services, Inc. and Michael Nicholas are quoted from a recent DESC Small Business Network and Training Conference held in Rhode Island in September of 2009. NIMS Services Inc.was awarded a three year contract for the delivery of various ground fuel requirements in the central United States under the Customized Organized Group 6 Purchase Program of the Defense Energy Support Center's Direct Delivery Fuels Business Unit. It is the combination of NIMS Services, Inc.'s marketing efforts to find out exactly how to do business with the Defense Energy Supprt Center, and the federal government.
